Bluegrass Family and Extended Care is continuing to service the community’s needs by conducting as many COVID-19 tests as possible.

At this time we are operating extended hours, 7 days a week with COVID-19 testing available for all individuals with the state defined conditions and symptoms.

Future drive-thru testing operations will be scheduled to comply with Gov. Andy Beshear’s orders to maintain progress in fighting this devastating virus. Please refer to this website for those coming dates.
